C Grade / E9 Grade Separation Filter Element
Suitable for removing bulk liquid and coalesced contaminants of 3 μm, with a maximum residual oil content of 5 ppm w/w. Stage 1: Two perforated steel tubes for mechanical separation of 10 μm particles. Stage 2: Depth fiber medium to capture solid and liquid particles of 3 μm. Application: Installed after air compressors and aftercoolers and before other filters for general protection; adopted as pre-treatment equipment for refrigerated air dryers.
T Grade / E7 Grade Main Line Filter Element
Suitable for removing liquid water and oil, capable of capturing solid particles down to 1 μm, with a maximum residual oil content of 1.0 ppm w/w. Stage 1: Alternately stacked fiber medium and medium screen to intercept larger particles. Stage 2: Multi-layer epoxy-bonded mixed depth fiber medium to coalesce oil mist and remove solid particles. Application: Used for pre-treatment upstream of E5 Grade filters; installed after refrigerated air dryers and desiccant air dryers to further upgrade air quality.
A Grade / E5 Grade High Efficiency Oil Removal Filter Element
Designed to coalesce ultra-fine water vapor and oil mist. It can filter solid particles down to 0.01 μm, achieving a maximum residual oil content of 0.01 ppm w/w. Nearly all moisture, dust and oil are eliminated. Stage 1: Multi-layer fiber medium and medium screen trap large particles for pre-filtration before air enters Stage 2. Stage 2: Multi-layer bonded fiber medium to capture fine coalesced contaminants. Application: Provides protection upstream of E3 Grade filters and desiccant air dryers. Mounted after refrigerated air dryers to guarantee oil-free compressed air.
H Grade / E3 Grade Ultra-high Efficiency Oil Removal Filter Element
Used to coalesce ultra-fine water vapor and oil mist. It can filter solid particles down to 0.01 μm, with a maximum residual oil content of 0.001 ppm w/w. Stage 1: Pre-filtration and airflow distribution. Stage 2: Multi-layer bonded fiber medium to capture fine coalesced contaminants. Application: Protects E1 Grade filters and desiccant air dryers. Installed after refrigerated air dryers to ensure oil-free air.
F Grade / E1 Grade Oil & Odor Removal Filter Element
Suitable for removing oil vapor and hydrocarbon vapor adsorbable by activated carbon. It can filter solid particles down to 0.01 μm, with a maximum residual oil content of 0.003 ppm w/w. It delivers dry, dust-free, oil-free and odorless air and serves as the final filtration stage. Stage 1: Stable layer of ultra-fine activated carbon powder to eliminate most oil vapor. Stage 2: Multi-layer fiber medium bonded with micro-fine activated carbon powder to adsorb residual vapors. Application: Suitable for industries requiring high-quality compressed air, such as food industry, breathing air systems, aseptic packaging, etc.
